Aloha, all! I'm new here and was just wondering if anyone also made horror movies. Indie films--made by the fans for the fans--are the best, and I'd love to watch your film. We've made one, too. My computer sucks, so I didn't get to see it.
I've made four short films however...
Dream Murderer- 29 minutes
Austin Powers and the river Pirates- 3 1/2 minutes
The Setup- 35 minutes
The Night Children- 42 minutes
The Setup is about a guy who dreams about his friend plotting to kill him... he wakes up and does vice versa... He obviously went insane.
The Night Children is about a guy who gets possessed by a demon... so he spends the night trying to kill his two younger cousins.
Austin Powers and the River Pirates is about Austin Powers and some river pirates.
Dream Murderer is about Freddy as a kid... though it makes no sense to the real back ground, lol.

You've got some cool films, man!
"Austin Powers and the River Pirates" sounds like a blast.
Is there any way we here can see them--like online or something?

No...  Sorry. Not that I'd let anyone watch them and know what I look like anyway. <_< >_> <_< >_> But I can tell you this... In The Setup I play the guy who has the dream, and sets up the friend for death in reality. In Dream Murderer I play Freddy Krueger. In The Night Children I play the bigger, demon possessed, cousin. and In AP: The River Pirates I play Austin Powers and Dr. Evil. |

My friends and i once got my cousins camera and wanted to make a film, but the girls with us decided to do a striptease, and well, we kind of forgot about making a horror movie. Shame too, cuz we even rigged this gun to shoot this dust out making it look like a real shot blast!
