This movie was fun to watch! A japanese game show where contestants have to survive in a maze against three killers is the premise of the movie. The movie begins like a game show with the intro showing Very cheesy J-pop music & various japanese contestants who have gotten slaughtered in previous episodes. But this episode happens to be a special USA edition! So we then have our peppy jap hottie come on and announce todays contestants. They then get thrown into this huge maze of rooms where they have to fight and survive to the end.
The killers are over the top and hilarious! Sometimes cheesy, but it helps the film. We have Preacher man, Dr Ripper and chainsaw charlie, as our killers. They do a good job slicing up our players real good. One girl gets chainsawed in half then her guts spill out!
There are times when the killer is about to kill his victim but has to pause and wait while they go to commercial! Electric necklaces paralyze the victims until commercials are over, in which case, both parties can go at it again from where they left off.
If they survive the hour, they win the money, and there are a couple ways to ride the clock. One is if the girls show some nudity. They are given immunity from the killers for a few minutes. Another way is to find the love room, where contestants can buy No attack time by having sex.
All in all, the gore is good for a low budget movie and it never gets boring throughout the film. Theres even a hallway with mannequins on the walls that include Freddy and Jason! Good splatter flick with tons of DVD extra's. Rent or buy it and enjoy.
