Click the link below to see... DVD ReviewsI'm still looking for a few more people to review DVD's on the site. The people I want must be people who enjoy building up their dvd collection (not just 10 movies so far). They must review DVD's they either own or have rented (review only full DVD's and not rental versions. I'm looking for maybe 1 more person to review region 1 DVD's, 2 people to review region 2 DVD's and someone to help me review region 4 DVD's. Anyone else who can review other regions than 1, 2 and 4 are welcome to apply here.

You know i can help you with Region 4 DVD's and i'm always buying and renting DVD's. That's half of it but you also need to prove the quality of your reviews. Perhaps if you show me a sample review or something so I know what you're like.

I also would be quite interested in writing reviews for reigon 1 DVD's. I have been purchasing many a horror DVD's as of late, and my collection is somewhere in the range of 30-50 (ballpark figure), and the numbers will be growing. I'm not sure how you'll choose the reviewer, but if you'd like me to submit something, I can certainly do so. Also, I was curious, how one decided what to review, would it be your choice, or our's....?

I will get you a sample review of my most recently purchased DVD Thriteen Ghosts which i bought today. Good, since I own that DVD it should be good for me to see how you do. ok um I have a speical format for how i review my movies...I divide it into four sections * Gore Quotient* *Acting Ability * DVD Features * Overall Impression...but if you want a sample review I can smush it all into one cohesive review...should I post it here? or Email it to you or what? You can talk about gore, acting etc but you can't give them scores. The only thing you give scores is how much you liked the movie (out of 4 stars) and how good the dvd is based on extras and quality (out of 4 stars). There's 3 parts to the actual dvd reviews on the site. You mention the plot, then you talk about anything that has to do with the movie and then you talk about the dvd. As you can see on the reviews it goes... "The Plot", "The Movie" and then "The DVD". E-mail me your sample review.

I recently bought the "Chucky Collection" DVD box set, here in the U.S.A. It includes "Child's Play 2, 3, and Bride of Chucky." Oddly though, not the first "Child's Play." But I already own Chucky 1 on DVD and that's where we'll start the review. Child's Play- This movie is the classic tale of a boy and his doll. Did I mention the seemingly harmless doll is posessed by the soul of a deranged serial killer by means of voodoo?!!! Well that's where Charles Lee Ray, a.k.a. Chucky, has a problem; Chucky needs to transfer his soul into another body before he is stuck in the plastic husk he inhabits currently. The body Chucky happens to need, belongs to a six year old boy. Isn't that always the perdicerment. Will young Andy be host to the "Lake Shore Strangler? Or will good prevail over the onslaught that everyone will learn is not mere Child's Play?.... Kruegerfan Korner- I thought this movie kicked ass. Not only was it scary but the acting, original story-line, and special "Chucky" effects were all outstanding. It is hard to believe this came out on the big screen in the late 80's. What is not hard to believe is that this movie completly had me and my whole generation filled with terror! My say- **** 4 stars The DVD itself doesn't have many extras but it came with a collectible BEHIND THE SCENES booklet. Which is a must have if you're a Chucky fan. I give the DVD- ***3 stars. If you want the next 3 sequels reviewed, let me know. I'd be glad to help out FIGHT EVIL. I have lots of horror DVD's. Old and new. I would like to be the critic for region 1. Keep me posted. LATER MAN! - Kruegerfan
