I just saw Hellboy today (yes, unlucky Australians had to wait this long for it). My final verdict is 3/5. It's not a bad film but didn't anyone else think it started to get repetitive? I mean, with all those fights it seems to be the same thing over and over again with the same creatures. The love story didn't work for me all that much, I never knew Hellboy could be such a sissy. Though I guess the end result is that the film was fun (ny) and enjoyable.  The CGI nearing the end of the film started to push the limits but yeah, better CG creations than Van Helsing. |

The repetitivness is the main flaw, but I enjoyed the rest.

Very good movie,the special effects were good,fights excellent,pretty girl(a must in most movies(sue me,I like pretty girls))who you really don't want to make mad(talk about a hot head(sorry,couldn't resist)).And some really funny lines.(If you have seen it then you know which ones I mean.
