WARNING: SPOILERS CONTAINED!
It appears as if the recent viewers of Night of the Living Dead have returned back to life after being shocked to death and are seeking humans victims.
Night of the Living Dead is the Father of the Modern Horror Film. Without its approach into the dark, bleak, and gory depths of the imagination, I doubt horror would be the same.' This film owes a debt of gratitude from all of us. At least us horror fans.
Acting: Pretty Good here, considering the budget. Duane Jones is very good as Ben, the hero of the film. All the other cast members do a good job.
FX: It's low budget, yes, but the zombie makeup looks great for the time and budget. The gunshot effects were also impressive. Good Job here.
Direction: Here's where the film shines. Romero's Direction captures a sense of dread and hoplessness I love. I actually found the scene where the little girl murders her mother somewhat disturbing, so I can imagine the reaction to this film when it came out. Great job here.
Overall: NotLD is a classic, plain and simple. Good Horror fans will see it. And even if they don't like it, they should appreciate it for birthing modern horror.
Rating: 10/10

it depends how you go into while its not up to the calibur of romeros dead trilogy it remains great for a splater movie, and has a decent plot, at times Fucli's directing is great at others average. but its a fun watch and great if you love zombie flicks like i do
