Okay, this movie takes the Friday the 13th formula and kills it.
The movie is set in the woods, at a place called Camp Blood, or that is what the locals call it. While not many people have seen this or its sequel, they are better off.
A group of four people go on a camping trip for the weekend and of course one of them has bad feelings about it, everyone else ignores the feelings and they go. The people are cookie cutters and you don't really care for them.
They hire a guide and even encounter a "crazy ralph" rip off. The guide joins the group so we have three women all about 25-35 maybe and two guys and they encounter the killer called The Clown, a person with a "scary" clown mask and a machette.
As the movie progresses you learn a little about what is going on as the 5 people take on the clown in the woods, they lose the guide and are stuck and lost.
The whole thing shows nothing new, it adds nothing to the formula and it all looks like it was shot with a home video camara, handheld, and the reason behind the killer, its motives are the lamest I have ever heard.
If you just enjoy watching super crappy cheese movies then by all means enjoy the show. If not, don't let the promised 3-d fool you. Its not worth it.
