OH how I heart the internet.
Without it, I wouldn't be able to see this film before it comes out on the 29th. Im glad for that as I loved this movie.
This is about two men who are held captive in a very dingy old bathroom, chained to the walls as a part of a madmans game. The madman is known as Jigsaw, a man with a grizzled voice who uses a cryptic wooden dummy to parlay his messages to his victims. He is a bitter man who captures people and puts them in game situations and the result is either life, or death. He stalks various people and finds out their secrets, and makes them pay for it, makes them pay for taking life for granted.
Cary Elwes plays Doctor Gordon, one of the captives, and gives a good proformance, I've loved his work ever since the Princess Bride. This is a very smart film and makes you realize that something like this really could happen. There is some good gore, and a scene that can make many squirm. There are plenty of twists, and the film always keeps you guessing. While much of the second half of the movie was slightly boring, it was nessisary to the plotline. I give this 5 of 5 beers, the best new movie I've seen since Shawn of the Dead.

Well, I do tend to overrate movies, and I realize it the next day (Dont Look Down) but the more I look back at this one, and have dreams about similar situations, I know this was a very good proformance.
