This was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time! It was based on the novel 'Secret Window, Secret Garden' by Stephen King. Best is if you don't read it before you see the movie, it kinda blocks the suprise effect! Johnny Depp was again great, never been different ( except for NOES1, not really my favorite actor in there  ) You really have to see this one! Akasha  Oh and I had some Cheese Nacho's with it, DELICIOUS! |

I ddint care for this one that much. Being an avid reader of King novels, this one kind of felt like a cross between The Shining anThe Dark Half. Also the big "surprise", I correctly predicted it about half hour before it appeared. Still, it was ok, just not one of my faves.

Well I didn't see it coming... Well from what Ive heard, I was like the only person who guessed the ending. So I guess that makes it pretty effective overall! If you havnt seen it, I suggust you do bcuz it is a decent suspense flick (more suspense than horror) |

[glow=red,10,300]'Dark Half' re-visited with a new actor and a kinda new look all together. I didn't really like it but I can't say that the movie sucked. I think that it's better than nothin'. [/glow]

I went and saw this movie 2 days ago and I really enjoyed it and the twist I didnt see coming but I actually think the twist made the movie all the more enjoyable and like Akasha said Johnny Depp sigh

Anyway, all joking aside this film was (I'll try to be nice here) "O-K". And like RumbleWolf4 I saw the "twist" coming at me at 200 miles per hour like a Japanese bullet train with about 30 minutes left in the film. Even then I was like, "please no, please no!! Please oh GOD don't let it end like that!!". But it did end like that. What a bummer.  I expected more.  |
