Yeah they could have done worse than Alba, they could have gone and got an ugly actress to play the role.

Sue is a Blonde Babe! Thats her trademark! Why not get a redhead to play Wonder Woman or a black girl as Catwoman! Oh wait...

So far I'm impressed with how they've handled Mr. Fantastic's power. I thought something like that would look ridiculous on film but so far it seems to look okay.
I am concerned about Doctor Doom though. Acting through a mask like that will be hard to pull off as we saw with the Green Goblin in Spider-Man.

The pics don't look that good. But Jessica Alba looks hot! Anyways I guess I'd give the movie a chance but it won't be nothing like Spiderman I can tell you that for sure.

The Thing looks like what elephants leave behind in Africa. LOL Dr. Doom is gonna definantly be a hit or miss. And VIDEODROME is right, it may end up like the Green Goblin in Spiderman. Which is definantly not a good thing. We'll just have to wait and see.

I thought what they did with the Green Goblin was actually pretty good. There are certain things that don't transfer well from the comics to the screen, and on of the main things is costumes... I think with the Green Goblin's they made a wise choice (though it would appear that I am in the minority).

Well I'm on your side in this one, I think they did pretty decent with GG. Likewise. I don't know much about Fantastic Four, but the film looks quite alright. The Thing looks like he's having a wardrobe malfuntion, look at his left hand
