I think member of the year should be whoever has been MOTM for the most times in that particular year.

It could be done still Chucky. If anyone creates more accounts there could be a punishment such as your name is taking out of the running or even banned. As for getting people to vote for you, well thats just campaining, anyone caught making promises could also be banished, you could make the ballats secret, pms to you or someone you trust.

If the ballots are secret then no one would know if they really bullied them into voting.

That could work as long as they either could not vote for themselves or be taken out of the running.

Or maybe we could have nominations and only those who have been nominated can vote, not vote for themself but vote for someone else who was nominated and do that by casting their vote in a PM to me.

That works as long as you have and odd number in case of a tie or someone only you know as the secret tie breaker.

All good ideas, guess it comes down to your choice but as FE won't be around much longer according to Zombie, no need to worry.
