If you know anything about wrestling, like actual pro wrestling, what the WWE puts out now is a hard pill to swallow, most people just accept the bullshit they put out cuz their isnt much else as far as televised alternatives.
Call me crazy, but Id rather see a Low Ki v Christopher Daniels 5 star classic matchup then Gene Snitsky or JBL on my screen, call me crazy!!

Not critizing, and I do know about Pro Wrestling but I have stood by WWE for many many years and I like some of the storylines, NOT ALL but SOME.
Mostly Raw. I am not bashing ROH or TNA or anyone else, but I find it rather weird that fans of horror will stick to there killers no matter how dumb the storylines get or how bad the movie is but not to the wrestling show that got most of you into wrestling in the first place....

WWE is awesome. I just wish they hadn't of split it like. From WWF to WWE. It was way better as WWF. Or from my point of view.

Im sorry if it seems like Im taking personal shots at you for your taste, it wasn't ment that way. I had watched WWE for years, and during the time of the Monday night wars were some of the best times Ive had. The product right now is in shambles, puyrates are right around the lowest ever, they lack entertaining storylines, they base everything around crappy storylines, and like usual, most of the best talent they have gets wasted. What I hate about WWE the most is the fact everyone has to work one style, the WWE limits guys to working their style and it results in utterly bland 2 minute matches, and the only ones who can have an interesting match are the absolute best in the world. I cant wade through 1:55 of crap for 5 mins of decent TV. As far as horror movies, you really cant compare the two. Your talking about a product on tv like 4 times a week that is not interesting whatsoever. When it comes to movies, you waste at the most, 2 hours of your life, and then you dont ever have to see it again. On top of that, a movie in a series comes out like bi-yearly. As far as TNA, while the X division is cool, once again, the rest of the show is boring and mindless, its a carbon copy of the end of WCW, and we see how well that went over. ROH is the only fed Ive ever seen that I can honestly say Ive liked each show Ive saw. Your almost gaurenteed at least 3 good matches that make you happy to be a wrestling fan. Fuck, I just watched the Road to the Title DVD from their first year, there is at least 10 good matches on that card. While I enjoy good storylines, its hard to find something not rehashed and overdone, Id rather see two guys battle in the ring, like its ment to be. And in other news, att he ROH show tonight, Samoa Joe lost his ROH title to phenom Austin Aries. Joe was coming up on the 22nd month of his title reign. THATS how you make a title worth something. |

Sorry I took it the wrong way...I like ROH and TNA, they both have good matches. I see your point but they limit the matches so the wrestlers can wrestle longer, all that stuff that Foley and others did shortens their career, they are looking out for their employees, the other companys should be so nice.
