Finally got to see it. There is a lot of things that need explaining though. Hope a sequel is made that actually gives us more info as to what exactly happened.
Some good zombie action, but when the girl used a saw to slice a zombie in half, it seemed more like she sliced through a freshly baked cookie. I mean the saw just completely and effortlessly sliced the zombie right down the middle like it was paper!
I dont know why, but a pregnant girl stuck to a vans roof was hilarious! I couldnt stop laughing. Plus that one guy in the beginning who simply said "You prick" Why a man with an afro just pops out of nowhere and says that was classic!
All in all, a good film. Check it out.

Well, here's the explanation to the confusing stuff;

Meteors came down and crashed into the town, this made the zombies, the aliens are a cleanup crew. Their job consisted of dropping the rain as a cure, and sucking people up getting them into a safe place so they weren't torn apart by the zombies. The aliens are the good guys, they have nothing to do with the infection.
