Word has it that the next Freddy vs Jason is going to have some other icon into the mix. The Only Reliable Info I've Heard is either Michel Myers(Halloween Series) Or Ash(Evil Dead Series). I think Having Myers In there Would be Like adding another Jason, I don't see the point. On the Other Hand I'd love to see the oneliner insults fly between Freddy and Ash. Who do you think would be better? I Vote Ash!

Ash for a few reasons, he talks, he can make a good story and we will see alot more weapons and blood!

First of all, those rumours were either spread by people who like messing with others heads (in a bad way) or the actual people behind it, after getting drunk.
Neither will happen, and I still can't see me voting on the two because Ash (or) Michael Vs Freddy Vs Jason will just be completely stupid.

 Heres were I got the Rumors: Ash; Bruce Campbell (the actor who plays ash) Acknowledged himself that New line had talked to him. And my inside info from a New Line cinema guy (I can't tell who, he's not suppossed to give out info) said that The Prodocers of Halloween contacted Them the weekend after Freddy vs Jason was released, pitching their idea to them.

ash protects civilian bystandards with his chainsaw and boom stick...
myers would just kill random people, ash is the only one who could work this movie

the scariest movie in the world would be Freddy versus Michael because Michael is so creative when he leaves the dead behind, and no one would know who is coming. The only way to sic them against each other like in FvJ would be to have them surround you and then die.
Chucky and Freddy would make a great couple.
So would Hannibal Lector and Leatherface.
