I recently saw this gem of a horror movie, which has been noted as one of the influences of the more recent HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES alongside THE FUNHOUSE.
Rory Calhoun and Nancy Parsons (PORKY'S) play an enterprising motel partnership who lure people off the nearby highway to provide TCM-style catering treats for unsuspecting clientele.
United Artists distributed this movie back in 1980 (a rare occurence of a studio doing it for a cult horror film), but well worth catching

The best part is when Vincent, wearing a pig head, has the chainsaw fight.
