Don't kid yourself. We all know its gonna suck. Don't sell it short just yet... the plot; hell, the whole movie hasn't even been made yet.

Hopefully H9( ) will be much better Well if they ditch the cast from H8 and do not include any reality TV, it has chances of being good.

Well if they ditch the cast from H8 and do not include any reality TV, it has chances of being good. I don't think they're taking where H8 left off. From what it sounds like, I think it's going to be a (semi)new plot all together.

I don't think they're taking where H8 left off. From what it sounds like, I think it's going to be a (semi)new plot all together. In H9 they should continue the Halloween: H20 story, that story was atleast average. Plus, wasn't Laurie's son in H20?

No matter what it'll have something to do with the present, like the internet or a movie within a movie. The most we could ask for is a movie that takes place on Halloween, has a lot to do with Halloween, and is basically based on Halloween. The chances of this happening are practically zip.

In H9 they should continue the Halloween: H20 story, that story was atleast average. Plus, wasn't Laurie's son in H20? It's possible, and yes, Laurie's son was played in H20. I heard that Moustapha Akkad was planning on making H9 sort of like how the original was, sort of like going back to the roots or something like that.
