Ever since I was a kid, I've been into Tim Burton's work. I didn't even know at the time! It took me years to realise there was a trend with many of my favourite movies... Edward Scissorhands (my fave non-horror movie), Beetlejuice, Batman, Batman Returns, The Nightmare Before Christmas and so forth. At the moment he's filming the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" remake, starring Johnny Depp.

Yeah, the first Burton movie I saw was Nightmare Before Christmas when I was 3 or 4. I love all his movies except Planet Of The Apes. My favorite Burton film is either Sleepy Hollow or Big Fish.

I still can't believe it took me years to catch on to the connection. POTA was so cheesy and fake it was funny to me!

I like Burton's films in general. I thought Big Fish was a snoozefest but I love films like Batman, Edward Scissohands etc

Batman and Batman Returns were both great, and I love a Nightmare Before Christmas. Sleepy Hollow was also very good, a nice telling of the tale. Plus Beetlejuice was also very good. He usually makes great and wierd films. But believe it or not, Planet of the Apes ain't his worst film. His worst film is Monkeybone.

When I was a child I knew all the words from Nightmare Before Christmas.
Did he make that weird movie called, "James and the Giant Peach"?

Eh Monkeybone was one of the worst movies of all time in my opinion, a true "Flop".

But it wasn't too bad. It wasn't great at all. But it was okay. Monkeybone was just horrible.

I mean, a cartoon monkey possesses a cartoon artist who seeks revenge in the body of a dead athlete? Just terrible.
