Red Dragon director Brett Ratner has signed on to direct and produce a 22 part series for Fox TV called Prison Break.The basic premise of which is, an engineer inserts himself into a prison where his brother is a death row inmate and plans to help him escape. To facilitate there goal, he has the prisons blueprints tattooed on his torso.
