I've always wanted to see "I Spit on your Grave" (AKA "The Day of Women"). Though I've always been afraid that'd I just end up watching a horribly horrible exploitation film... I will see it some day though...

You take that chance when ever you buy a film. I liked this film alot, really raw violent shit. Don't watch this film if you want to be in a cheery mood cause it'll knock the cheeryness right out of ya  |

The first film is'nt very gory but the tone of the movie is so dark and visceral, that's why I like it but, the mo gore the mo better. |

Yeah you should rent it, it's a classic in the genre. Atleast if you watch it then you can make your own decision as to wether or not the film is crap or decent. I have a feeling that you might like it though. Give it a try.

I'm guessing you'll get different feelings on the movie with what mood you're in. I'm sure it's fun if you're pissed off at someone. I'll check the Mom and Pop video stores around town and check on if they got it.

I bought the r4 copy of I Spit On Your Grave about 2 months ago. Best edition available, even better than the millenium edition I think.
