The Chainsaw Massacres did happen but there was no man named Leather Face. The story was based on a man from I think Wisconsin that murderd people and sometimes made a face of human skin. A lot of movies have been based on this. Theres Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Silence of the Lambs, and lots more. I found this website that showed the real house and the real story.I'll find it again and tell ya what it is. ;D Yeah, read my last post, his name was Ed Gein

true, but he got the job done didnt he I don't really agree. He truly killed only 2 confirmed people. The other bodies in his house were from graves he defiled. And there wasn't a Chainsaw Massacre, because he didn't use a chainsaw.

Ed also inspired Psycho but in a different way, Ed apparently was kind of a momma's boy or something like that. Ed also inspired Silence of the Lambs if i'm not correct.

No they only found two bodies. They thought he may have killed more. And Bub is right about him digging up graves because apperantly he was a necrophilliac.

He also dressed up in skins made of women (shades of Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs) and pretended he was his mother (shades of Norman Bates).

I don't think he was a necrophilliac, he just played with the female organs, otherwise they would've mentioned "necrophilliac" right next to the words; "grave robber,"and "murderer."

Hey this is the first ever ON TOPIC thread in FE!
I wont stop the streak, so, Ed Gein was an old fucker who looked like my ex landlord to a tee. I never saw him until i saw the movie then realized the comparison.
According to the movie, he killed his brother and some chick. He also dug up graves and wore the skin. But compared to his theatrical counterparts, he is relatively tame.

Ed was tame compared to Leatherface and other movie characters, but his case was disturbing. Did anyone see the Ed Gein movie?

To be honest, I'm not sure if he was a Cannibal or not. But he did wear flesh masks and played with female sex organs. A vulva was found painted and with a bow wrapped around it in his house.
