Alright, here is the list I came up with. In just random order.

1. Darth Sidious(The Emperor) Star Wars: This guy brought down the Jedi Order, changed the way things were and keep a empire going for a loooooooong time, affecting and battling the sons and daughters of his friends and enemys.

2. Damoskinos,Blade II: The father of two other vampires. He was willing to sacerfice both his son and daughter to defeat Blade and improve vampires. Turned his son into something even Vampires dispeased and feared.

3. Dracula, Various Movies: The main Vampire, he has been in everything from serious movies like Bram Strokers Dracula and Dracula to spoofs like Dracula: Dead and Loving it to recent stuff like Van Helsing and Dracula 2000. Evil and with great staying power.

4. Freddy Krueger,NOES: The one and only Dream Demon, before he turned to comedy he was evil and clever. He turned your dreams upside down and you never knew what was real or fake. Really messed with your head. Then he hit the real world with a vengence in the New Nightmare.

5. Pinhead,Hellraiser: A demon from hell with a love for pain and suffering, with him you didn't get to just die, you suffered at death and then for all eteriny. He was so badass he has pins in his own freaking head!! The worst part was your own curioristy brought on your death.

6. Joker,Batman: Jack N. did a great job as the Joker here. Just going off the movie he did a great job, turned the whole city against Batman at one point and was willing to shot his best man, second in command, just because he had a bad day.

7. Lex Luthor,Superman: Through all four movies Lex did his best to defeat and stop Superman, takes guts and brains considering he is super powerful. Lex even stands up to villains at Superman's power level. He plays everyone against themselves and even creates a superpowered being that destroys a ton of landmarks around the world.

8. Pennywise,IT: A "clown" with the power to make your worst fears come true. Not only does this clown kill kids himself in one creepy scence and line, he gets adults to kill themselves rather then face him again. He also gets others to do his dirty work when it suits his purpose. Truly a evil to reckon with.

9. Krug(David Hess), Last House on The Left: A truly truly worthless human being(using the term loosely), he kills, rapes, beats on his own family, who is also a little slow. He gets a girl to pee herself in a truly graphic scence. David plays a very similer person in House on the Edge of the Park. Both were horriable people with no redeeming value.

10. Khan,Star Trek 2: After showing up in the T.V. Show, Khan returns in Part 2 of the movies. His super smarts and increased strentgh from genitiac tampering made him a perfect match for Kirk. He stole a Starship, beat Kirk for awhile, got them trapped on the surface and took control of alot of the crew.

11. John Doe,Seven: His method and reason for killing are and were unique. He was very clever and planned ahead with just about everything. He outsmarts everyone and even when he turns himself in, it is all part of his plan to finish off the seven sins.

12. Borg,STTNG: The whole alien race, they are evil in the fact that they are just doing this as they are programmed to. Its nothing personnal, but you will be assmilited. They are never ending and keep coming, they get used to your weapons and even took Picard and changed him.

13. Magneto,X-Men: He does not think of himself of evil. He is doing what he does to better Mutantkind. He sees himself as the Savior of Mutantkind and not evil. They are the next step and if humans can't see that, they need to get out of the way. His plan even tries to make them see his point but making them mutants. Plus with his powers there is not much he can't do.

14. Hannibal Lector,Silence: I am sure yall know why he is on here.lol

15. Daimen,Omen: The spawn of Satan himself. Given to a couple where only one of them is in on it. He kills people in many clever ways and you don't get much more evil then the son of satan. He also has a following that helps him in his evil plan.

16. Satan/Devil,Many Movies: He is Satan, even if he is not in the movie, he has a hand in almost every evil thing that goes on. From The End of Days to Carrot Top's career.

17. The Sawyers,TCM: I put the whole family as the whole is more then the sum of its parts. In the first TCM, there was no kidnapping and such, they took people for food and tortured them until they needed the meat.

18. Norman Bates,Psycho's: The ultimate mommy's boy. Just when you thought you were safe and relaxed, here come he/she. This guy even killed a Nun and didn't think he was to blame, it was his mom...

19. Max Cady,Cape Fear: A truly twisted man, he kidnapped the lawyers family and straight up told him, he was not going to kill them. He was going to torture and rape them first...A sick man.

20. Chucky,Childs Play: This one may seem a little weird but go with me. To start this was a harmless child's toy. You trusted your child to be able to sit and play with it, no worries. Then it starts to kill the people around you and corrupt your child. Messing with your kids is plently evil.

21. Darth Vader,Star Wars: Again, Simple so lets move on.

22. Peyton Flanders,Hand that rocks the Cradle: A nanny that came into a familys life and slowly, methodically took it over, killing anyone who got in her way. She seduced the husband, breastfed the baby, and aliened the wife.

23. Henry Evans,The Good Son: I wanted some evil kids here and this is the first one to pop in my head. He was truly twisted and his "jokes" hurt and even killed people. So evil that his OWN MOM let him die and choose Mr. Wood instead..

24. Todd Bowden,Apt Pupil: I went with the kid as he brought back out the Nazi in the neighbor. He was so obessed with Evil he bacame evil himself.

25. Candyman,Candyman: An urban legend who would not only kill you but make you believe in him. In the first movie alone he killed a baby and pinned the murder on the women investingaing him. Truly a twisted mind.

26. Rev. Harry Powell,Night of the Hunter: This Evil preacher is out to kill his stepchildren and find their inheritance. He is willing to go to any length to get it. This movie set in 1955 and if relased today, I think it would be R. Charles Laughton on directed this one movie, and maybe decided he could do no better.lol. Mitchum gives a awsome performace here and his creepy call of Chhhhiiiillllllldddddddrrrrreeeeeeennnnn! can still send chills down the spine.

27. Jaws,Jaws: This non human killer didn't hunt you because he wanted revenge(not counting part 4 here), or because he drowned in a lake or because he needs your body. If you can swim, you can and will be killed. Made a whole generation afraid of the water. Top that!

28. Frank Booth,Blue Velvet: Don't you fuckin' look at me. Mommy Mommy Don't you fucking look at me. I'll fuck anything that MOOOOOOOOOVES!!!

29. John Ryder,The Hitcher: By the end, you almost wish this guy would just kill you, it would be easier. He plays head games with you, stalks you, and gives you the chance you be a hero but you are almost to screwed up by then to take it...I mean the Jennifer Jason Leigh needed the hero and for once....

30. Verbal Kint,Usual Suspects: A very clever killer, who uses everyone and everything around him. Creates a whole story of Keiser Soze around himself, he scares just about everyone and even when the cops have him, they don't.

31. Hedra 'Hedy' Carlson,SWF: The worlds worst roommate, this women comes into your life and steals everything from your haircut and a "cute short" middle name, to your boyfriend and finally your life.

32. Annie Wilkes,Misery: She tortures and traps a man all based on the fact her life has become one with a charecter from a book. She does so much to this man, he does not want fans of his writing anymore at the end.

33. Agent Smith,Matrix1,2,3: To start with, he was Neo's main agent bad guy. By the end of the trilogy he almost single handly brought down the Matrix. A force to be reconcked with.

34. Aruric Goldfinger,Goldfinger: One of the few, maybe the only Bond badguy to get a whole movie named after him. This guy is so cold he kills a women by painting her gold paint which closes up her pores. Plus he has some balls, taking Fort Knox.

35. Sid,Toy Story: I wanted an animated bad guy here and he totally fit the bill. This sicko created some really twisted toys in his room and blew up many many others.

36. The Terminator: An unstoppable Killing Machine from the Future...Enough said.

37. Hal-9000,2001 A space Odessy: A friend, A member of your crew, you have to trust this computer. He controls everything on the ship, therefore your life. So when he feels threarted and fights back, he does so big time from hitting one guy with a flight pod to cutting off life support on others.

38. Ivan Drago,Rocky IV: No guns, No knifes, No chainsaws needed. This guy got in the ring and BEAT Apollo Creed to death and didn't feel any remorse about it. No humanity whatsoever...Went on to taunt Rocky and even got him to go to Russia for the chance to fight him.

39. Biff Tannen,Back to The Future 1,2,3: Now before you say anything...Think about it, THIS GUY CHANGED TO FUTURE WITH HIM GREED. He didn't care about anyone or anything expect getting what he wanted. He bullied, attempted rape, killed George McFly in one time line and changed the course of history which had to be fixed.

40. Pamala Vorhees,Friday the 13th: You didn't know who the killer was. Just that they were brutal and very choosy, councerlous only. By the time you find out, you do feel a little sorry for her but not enough. Her death also starts the chain reaction that is Jason Vorhees.

41. Jason Vorhees,Friday the 13th 2-X,Freddy vs Jason: He started out getting revenge for his own death and that of his mother. Like a lot of killers, he was bad when alive, but worse after death, he is now an unstoppable killing machine who lives until some time in the far far future, still doing what he does best.

42. Ghostface,Scream1,2,3: I put Ghostface in as he is your friend, your family, your neighbor. He/She could be anyone around you. Someone you trust and maybe even love. That is a very creepy feeling, he toys with you and calls you whenever he feels like it. Then he/she starts killing people around you first before they come after you.

43. Det. Jimmy Shaker,Ransom: This guy starts out bad, he is a cop, someone you are supposed to turn to when a kidnapping happens but he did the kidnapping. He plans this all to a tee. But what makes him truly scary is the fact he can plan on his feet. WHen things start to fall apart, he turns on his own people and even kills the women he loves, just to get his money in the end.

44. Jerry Blake/The Stepfather: Unfortunately, Jerry has a very strict definition of the perfect family and his new family just may not be making the cut. When his family starts disappointing him, he's is willing to kill for the American Dream. This guy kills his whole familys over small "imperfections". A sick guy, when you can just off your whole family.

45. Unicron,Transformers movie: This guy ended Transformers as the older of us knew them. After this the not as good Beast Wars and Generation 2 crap came. Unicron also brought about the death of Optimus Prime which I for one thought would NEVER happen.

46. The cult leader from Temple of Doom: This guy had a FREAKING cult. He was evil and ruthless and could tear your heart out of your chest, one cool power...

47. Jack Torrance,The Shining: As he slowly goes crazy, you watch and see him slide into madness. As he gets worse you start to feel scared and sorry for the people trapped with him. Not to mention again you have someone willing to kill their family, made worse but the fact he is not totally in control.

48. Joan Crawford,Mommy Dearest: This women had problems with drinking, fame, and men. Her adopted children show you what she was like behind closed doors and it was a chilling scence. Made worse when you realize that according to her kids she was like this in real life.

49. Castor Troy,Face Off: This guy STOLE the good guys face! That is dedication..lol. Using that face he put himself in that guys family and friends. Really played the ultiate mind game.

50. The Tallman,Phantasm: Being dead or being a dwarf working for him? Which is worse? This being has great power and a whole other dimision at his fingertips. Plus flying spehres of death, which are cool.

1.Bill- what makes a great villin is a great actor, and bill not only has a great actor but has somthing missing from most villians a little thing called motive, and a deep complex charicter.
2.Kakihara- the most charismatic villian on the list, played by japan's answer to jonny depp, also a very deep charicter, we feel pity, disgust, and a strange attraction to the japanese sadomasochist from hell.
3.Alex-charisma is big in a villian and he not only is the only villian who comes close to being more charismatic then kakihara but he also causes the audiance to have alot more pity for him. taking him from the ultimate sadist, to the a crying sniviling shell of a man
4.Leatherface-let's face it there is somthing fucking scary about being chased down a long deserted road by a killing machine with a chainsaw, that dosn't run out of gas.
