1. Count Orlok (just an all-around creepy character and one of the scariest characters ever made)
2. Otis Driftwood - some may disagree with me on this, but Otis is just a fucked up human being, in anyway, shape or form, he is the definitions of evil)

4. Kazuo Kiriyama from "Battle Royale" is just a wacked out dude, he wiped out atleast 20 people, give or take in one movie.
5. The Vampire, Lestat
6. Jack the Ripper (From Hell)
7. Hannibal Lecter

9. Doctor Phibes
10. Count Dracula (Bela Lugosi)
